House rules

Check-in & check-out

Check-in is 4pm or later (Oct–Apr) and 5pm or later (May–Sep). Check-out is always 11am or earlier. Early check-in or late check-out requires advance approval.

Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by a legal guardian 21 or over.

Security camera

An exterior camera monitors the driveway for arrival and departure only — not monitored otherwise, and it should not be disabled or obscured.

Pets & smoking

Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are prohibited on the property; use the foot of the driveway near the forest service road if needed.

Care for the home

Remove shoes after muddy hikes or sandy beach trips. Clean spills on carpets immediately — no food or drink in bedrooms. Log out of streaming accounts before you leave.
